"How does Annual Membership in the Academy Work?"
Your Annual Membership will be just the same as Monthly Membership without the monthly fees! Your annual membership will renew 365 days after purchase/upgrade.
"What if I was recently billed for Monthly Membership?"
When you upgrade to Annual Membership, your Monthly Membership will cancel and any monthly membership payment made in the past 30 days will receive a pro-rated refund. Your annual membership will auto-renew 365 days after purchase/upgrade.
"What if for whatever reason I don't want to continue my membership?"
No problem! When you join, you will get an email that explains how to cancel your membership and stop future billings. This information is also always available inside the CFCI Members Area inside of the Web Cooking Classes Course HUB, and of course, Customer Support can assist you with this at any time. You can cancel your annual membership at any point and retain all access until your 1 year term ends, at which point the membership and subscription will cancel.
